My State of the State of the Union Address Address

This is somewhat of a tradition with me. I like to keep a tally of certain words or phrases that I expect in the address. This is the first time I've published my results.

I'll say this much as well: I went into this hoping to post something terrifically snarky, but I was surprisingly impressed with the humility that our commander in chief showed tonight. I'm not a fan of GW, but I am glad to see that he appears to be willing to work with our new democratic congress to actually make some progress instead of choosing to create a stagnant, crippled government for the next two years.

Given to ADHD, I'm not 100% sure of the numbers in the count, but I am close, I promise.

Without further ado, I present:

"The State of the State of the Union Address"

Courage: 3

Liberty: 2

Freedom: 5

Hope and Opportunity: 8

Winning/Success/Victory: 6

Imigration: 4

Borders: 10

Security/Safety: 10

NUCULAR: 3

Enemy: 11

Terrorist: 14

War: 5

War On Terror: 3

but oddly...

Peace: 2

Definitely a more balanced speech than last year.
